The Serai is built amidst a large open space overlooking the Nilgiris Mountain. It houses a spa, gym and an outdoor pool. A restaurant is also available. The resort offers 18 Mountain View Courtyard, 4 Mountain View Log Hut and 2 The Residence. All this sprawled across 19 acres of land with trees growing abundantly, and leaf-imprinted pathways in between. Other facilities include Swimming Pool, Gymnasium.
